SAIGA Magozou 雑賀孫蔵

A snarky and eager sniper working under Nakaiya.
We first see him in episode 2, where he fires a crucial shot at Hario during his skirmish with the Troupe in a field. It turns out he was sent by Nakaiya.
The three-scope sniper rifle he uses is provided by T.B. Glover and he is later sent to kill Kakunojou with it.
Magozou is a descendant from the Saiga clan, experts in using gunpowder and ranged weapons. They famously served against Oda Nobunaga (Wikipedia link) during the Sengoku period.
